China Glaze Flying Dragon. Two coats with a top coat. I normally don't use a top coat, but with this polish, once it dries on your nails, it dries very dull. The glitter doesn't sparkle at all. I guess maybe it has to do with the idea that this polish is a neon and mixing it with glitter leaves it with a dull finish. A top coat fixes that problem though so that way you can still have shiny nails. If you don't have a top coat, clear nail polish works too.

Ohh i have that one!! hahaha I STILL havent' used it yet though o.o one of the drawbacks of mass buying polishes.. or anything in that matter lol
