Packaging: 4.5 out of 5. It's beautiful! The cover has felt on it and the peacock is a made out of rubber!

Would You Buy This Again? Maybe. I'd buy the black palette over getting this one again though.
PROS: The packaging is really cute and it comes with a brush. I don't use the sponge tip applicator, but I do use the other side for the lip products. The eye shadows are quite pigmented--especially the pink one and the dark brown one. The blush is also pretty pigmented and it made my cheeks pop :D
CONS: I had a REALLY hard time trying to use these eye shadows WET! I thought they'd have more pigment if I used them wet--wrong! The color barely even stuck to the wet brush and to my lid. Shrugs? The lipglosses are also really dry and sheer... It's not a bad thing though if you like sheer. I had to put some clear shinier gloss over these to make them not so dry.

Thanks for the review! The palette does look cute. I do think l/g and l/s in palettes tend to be dry for some reason. This is the same with the lip colors in my Dior Gaucho palette, and my Chanel four roses palette. They're good for doing that stained lips look though... :]

Ya know, when I saw the post title on my blogroll I was kinda hoping that the colors were peacock-like as well :p Ah, yes... some eyeshadows just can't be used wet. For example, Giorgio Armani's Maestro eyeshadows. They're not too bad when used dry but it's not possible to use them wet.
Love the packaging too! I am not into applying eyeshadow wet..lol and based on your description, it isn't great :) thanks for the review

this is so puurrdddy...but i know i wouldn't finish any lipcolors in a palette
I bought that palette from Nordstrom Rack for like $8 i think? I hated it! I have a really tan complexion and those colors would just not show up no matter how many swipes I put =[ The only thing I really liked was the blush!
